Sunset Vista is a Disney vacation home with 4 bedrooms in the very popular Sunset Lakes, which is located less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida.

With 4 bedrooms, this fully air-conditioned and spacious Orlando vacation home has everything that you need - just bring along your luggage. With a tastefully interior and large, pool, this home will be the perfect base for your family in the Disney area. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

The bedroom accommodation at Sunset Vista includes a master bedroom suite just off the main family room, with a King-size bed, TV & DVD, and a master en-suite bathroom with a tub, his 'n' hers vanity, a walk-in shower and private toilet - plus private access to the pool deck. The second bedroom contains a full-size bed, TV & DVD, and en-suite master bathroom with bath/shower, mirrored vanity. Two further bedrooms are perfect for the children in the party, with 2 twin beds in each, these 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom between them. 

The spacious family room provides comfortable, furnishings including a sofa and love seat plus armchair, with coffee and occasional tables with lamps, and 32-inch TV, and DVD for you and your family to enjoy together in the evenings (when you're not out at the theme parks!).

The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need while on vacation to prepare a family dinner or a quick snack. Choose to eat at the breakfast bar, or in the dining area, or out by the pool. The home is also fully equipped with laundry facilities including washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Sunset Lakes is one of the closest communities to Disney being only 3 miles from the entrance, and is just off US192 and I-4 for easy access to Orlando and on to the beaches on both Florida coasts. Less than 1 mile from the home, there is a grocery store, a drug store and many restaurants, including Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Friday’s and Carrabba's, as well as fast food McDonalds, Burger King & Wendys.
 
The house is maintained by professional staff that is available for 24-hour management assistance.
