| I liked the Windsor Hills community a lot,
because the gate and the people manning the gate made us feel very
safe. The pool was lovely and my daughter loved the giant slide. The
apartment was well equipped, comfortable, and restful.

So
nice to finish a hot day at Disney, drive only 5 minutes and be back
in our own, spacious, clean condo. We would have a swim in the huge
pool, not be tripping over each other in the condo and then make our
own dinner or even back to the parks for fireworks. I would
recommend to anyone and hope to be back soon!

| Windsor Hills was an excellent place to
stay. They condo had everything we needed and was located close to a
store where we could pick up items not in the room. The location was
great and we were able to get to the malls and parks with ease. I
would highly recommend Windsor resorts and plan to stay there again.

clean. Splash pool was great to have after coming home from a busy
day. The community pool was fabulous! Our unit was very close to the
community pool and club house - easy and short walk. We loved our
home way from home.

| This is a nice place. My husband and I
came with our three kids, my parents and my brother. It was great
that the kids had their own room. We were extremely close to Disney
and saved money by cooking our own meals in the kitchen. The condo
was clean and i even let my kids walk around the floors in bare
feet! (something I never do in hotels) Although we didn't use the
pool (we were busy doing Disney activities) it was very clean and
the slide was great. I would recommend this condo to anyone! Just

| Our 3 bed townhouse in Windsor Hills more
than met our expectations. perfectly clean, comfortable, fully
equipped, a real home from home. We loved our splash pool, and the
amenities on the resort. Perfectly located for all the parks, shops
etc. collecting keys went smoothly, and we had no issues whilst
staying there, A perfect and memorable holiday we loved our

| Great unit. Very clean and comfortable,
just like the pictures showed. Windsor Hills has great amenities, my
granddaughters enjoyed the pool tremendously. They were great from
the beginning, responding to my inquiry within minutes. Having a
high chair was very useful. The management company that they use was
also excellent, they sent great info about how to find them to pick
up and return the key. I would not only recommend this unit but will
probably stay there again!

| I recommend Windsor Hills. It is located
just 5 minutes of all Disney parks. Yes, only 5 minutes. The houses
and apartments are very nice, comfortable and the Condo is very
quiet and nice to rest and enjoy. Highly recommend it!

We have stayed at Windsor Hills several
times, and have never been disappointed. The unit was clean and
cozy, even had a high-chair, and play-pen for my toddler. Wh has
much better accommodations than any place that we have stayed on
Disney property (in that price range). Great overall value.

a condo & our recent visit was in one of the larger homes. All we
can say is "It is the only way to vacation". We find it very hard to
stay in a hotel after having the space & privacy that this type of

The condo was exactly as advertised, with features
that appealed to both adults and children. It was easy to get to, in a safe
family-friendly area, and close to Disney, restaurants, grocery.

Windsor Palms is a great place to stay. Very close to
Disney and other attractions. The complex is clean and well kept with many great
amenities. The clubhouse/pool was a definite plus for our teenaged kids. We
would definitely stay again!

I have stayed at Windsor Hills in 2008 and Windsor
Palms in 2009 for my Disney Vacation with Friends and Family and We all fell in
love with your beautiful condos and townhomes. I will be referring closest to disney to friends and family and I will definitely be back for my next disney

We just stayed in Wyndham Palms and it was such a
lovely home - well-stocked and maintained. Ian (and Mark?) were such helps with
our trip and the challenges we had due to the shuttle. We loved the location and
the amenities. By far, this was the best management company we have worked with
in Orlando. We will be coming back. Thanks again.

We just got back from our stay at Windsor Hills. The
condo was great. The kids loved the pool. It is very close to Disney. We came in
late, once we found the office our key was waiting in the lock box. Hope to make
it back here next year.

We stayed at Windsor Hills resort. The location to
Disney was fabulous. It took us no more than 5-10 minutes to get there. The
amenities were also great (minus the love-bugs that were in swarming season). We
had an issue with a chain broken in one of the toilets, and the problem was
solved promtply while we spent the day at Universal Studios. My family loved our
vacation!

This was our first trip to Disney World. We came for my
nephew's wedding. The accommodations were better than anticipated. Very clean,
nicely decorated and comfortable. Convenient location to both Disney World and
restaurants for dining.

Windsor Hills was the best for us, we all were exited
about our trip, but when we got there it was sooo incredible everything was better
than what we though. the condo was so neat and had all we could possible need,
so comfy. All the stores are close and super close to Disney. What my kids love the
most was the pool. We all love it. Thank you very much for having this beautiful
place.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Windsor Hills
Resort. Our apartment was lovely and just as described and was excellent value
for money. It had all the facilities we needed for our stay in Orlando to be
perfect. The cleanliness was excellent and we felt very welcomed by the nice
touches around the apartment with the towel arrangements and table dressing. The
resort was quiet and felt safe, security was good and was reassuring to have
someone on the gate at all times. We would stay in this resort again and would
recommend friends and family to stay here. Thank you for a wonderful stay from
booking right through to check out.

The resort was very comfortable.
Big enough for our family of 6. The check in office to get the keys took us 30
minutes to find because there was no sign and the directions did not show us the
road the business was on. also, our door handle didn't not work and was hard to
get in (you had to wiggle the handle and push the door in really hard to open
it) other than that, the stay was enjoyable; the pool was amazing. We would
definitely come there again, hopefully next summer. overall it was excellent! you
have a great business and we enjoyed the resort :)

This was our second stay with you. After Disney (of
course!), our favorite part of our trip was the roomy condo with its 2 full
baths and washer and dryer! We didn't have to pack as many clothes and didn't
arrive back home with 12 days of laundry! Thanks!

We had a wonderful time at you townhouse considering we
were away from it so much of the time. Everything was as nice as you couild want
it to be without being in your own home. When we had a problem, it was dealt
with immediately. Each night when we came back from a park the kids could jump
in the pool to cool and they loved it!! Thanks for having a facility as nice as
the pictures, you just never know. We will be back.

My children and I stayed in a
3-bedroom condo at Windsor Hills. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, spacious
and comfortable. I was completely impressed with everything about the
reservation process and check-in. We primarily visited Disney parks and I cannot
overstress how quick and easy it was to reach them from Windsor Hills. I will
recommend you to everyone who asks me about Orlando accommodations.

We were there for the girls fast pitch World Series and
the whole team stayed @ Windsor Hills. The accommodations were great! Everyone
was friendly and helpful. our condo was very nice. When other people came to
ours they all said it better decorated and larger than theirs. We had a 2
bedroom most had 3 bedrooms. I will for sure recommend people to stay there.

Since this was my first time to
Disney, I didn't know what to expect. I was looking for something nice yet
reasonable in price and also close to Disney World. Well, this was more than I
expected. This place was clean an very nicely decorated. My kids loved it and
more importantly me and my husband loved it. He told me I had out did myself.
My sister and her family joined us. And she is very picky. She fell in love
with it as soon as she walked through the door. It was very roomy and the kids
had enough room to play. Thanks for a lovely place and a very reasonable price.

What an amazing place to stay!
Two different couples whom we are friends with recommended Windsor Hills to us.
The words uttered immediately by my husband and I upon entering our condo were,
"I love it!" You just can't beat the location to Disney and the convenience to
grocery stores/shopping, coupled with the amazing accommodations. We will
definitely recommend Windsor Hills to our friends, and we will definitely stay
there again. Thank you for an awesome first trip to Disney for my family!

We had a wonderful time. We
couldn't have had a better experience. The condo was truly close to the Disney
parks and afforded us much more space than Disney resorts do. We have stayed on
Disney properties before and I will never do that again. This will be my first
choice every time we come to Florida.

We had a great time, we stayed in the townhouses. It
was nice to have our own pool, even if the rainy weather kept us out most of our
stay. Our friend and her daughter who came along, who has stayed at many such
places such as yours, told me that your townhouse was the best as far as having
cookware, and full size stove and frig.
We were really impressed with our stay and would come back again, and we only
live in Orlando, it made a nice escape from our everyday life. The guest house
and pool was a great hit with our 4 boys, only wished we had more time to check
out one of the movies in your mini theater. We had one noise problem with a
fellow vacationer, but asked them to take the issue inside and they did so with
out any other problems.
We have already told many local friends, sending them your web site to check
out.

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed staying at
your beautiful resort during the first week of July. The grounds were
beautifully maintained, the location was great and the condos very well equipped
with everything we needed during our stay. We hope to visit with you again in

Just wanted to thank you again for permitting us to stay in your home. My family
had a great time and it was so close to everything we are familiar with in
Kissimmee. Thought you would appreciate knowing what a great management company
you have. When we arrived we noticed that the television remote controls were
not working and neither did the PS2. I called Palm Tree and within hours they
had a man there and he tested every remote in the house. But I was impressed on the speed they responded to my call.
I also told them the pool had overflowed because of all the rain and the pool
man was there within hours again. My grandsons had eliminated some of the water
by jumping in but it still needed to be balanced with the chemicals and he did
it so that they could swim within the hour.
